It is recommended to check the parcel in the presence of a post office officer. In case of any inconsistencies, it is necessary to draw up a complaint and an act, which must be signed by the buyer and the post office officer. A copy of the act, a copy of the payment receipt and the application must be sent to the online store. If these conditions are not met, claims about the discrepancy between the number of the received items and the invoice are not accepted. The package is stored at the post office for free for 5 business days. Charges for storage beyond the period specified shall be borne by the buyer.
