RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

To return goods purchased at the VASSA&CO stores and get a refund, please contact the information service +7 (495) 911 02 57 or intermag@vassatrend.ru (available on weekdays from 10am to 18pm) or the store where the item was purchased.

QUALITY GOODS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or in use. Items must be in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. You should also provide an original receipt. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

You have 7 days to return from receipt of your order according to the Russian law which is stated in the waybill. Please call us on +7 (495) 911 02 57 or send an email to intermag@vassatrend.ru

You may exchange your item if in stock.

RETURNS – Moscow

To get a refund you will need to take the item our office with an address at Tovarishchevsky Lane, 4, Moscow. Returns are available on weekdays from 10am to 5pm.

Note that if the order was delivered by a courier service, and paid for with a card, you must provide card billing information in the returns application form. 

RETURNS – Russia
To get a refund you will need to send the item by EMS Russian Post to 109004, Tovarishchevsky Lane, 4, Moscow for individual entrepreneur Elena-Vassa Borisovna Yakovleva.
The shipping costs are covered by the cost. The cash on delivery service is not available as money are refunded to your bank account.  
 

FAULTY GOODS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You can return your faulty good within 30 days. The online store provides a refund (including delivery costs) within 10 business days.

In case of a dispute concerning the faulty items, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, the item is found to be damaged by the buyer, the cost of the test will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If the item is found to be faulty or the order is wrong, the returns cost is covered by VASSA&CO.
